Made of vinyl, the mat can be vacuumed or be cleaned by warm water and liquid dish soap. The best soap should have a mild or no scent. That way, it won’t offend your cat’s sensitive nose when they use the litter mat. To protect the mat and make it last longer, machine washing should be avoided.
